Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer for a permanent position based in Marseille Château Gombert to manage the operational aspects of human resources for the site (75 employees).

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the production of payroll outsourced to ADP
  • manage time and attendance
  • manage personnel administration
  • prepare operations related to profit-sharing and contributions to Employee Savings Plan and Collective Retirement Savings Plan
  • support managers and their teams in maintaining skill levels by proposing and organizing training programs
  • manage recruitment from needs assessment to onboarding
  • assist the HR Director in managing employee relations
  • participate in updating company agreements and practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, management, or HR
  • significant and successful experience of at least 5 years in an HR generalist role
  • mastery of the employer's legal obligations regarding payroll and personnel administration
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • knowledge of payroll/time management software

Nice to have

Knowledge of the industrial sector and the collective bargaining agreement for the metalworking industry
