Are you an experienced and ambitious HR Manager with a passion for driving the business strategy forward? Randstad, a leading global HR services provider, is seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a HR Manager at Randstad Australia you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent HR services that are customer-focused and contribute to enhanced organisational performance. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, influencing senior stakeholders and providing guidance on various HR functions such as talent management, retention, performance management, and more.
Job Responsibility:
Building and maintaining effective partnering relationships with senior stakeholders to realise the HR strategy
Utilising Randstad’s HR Analytics tools and other related data points to generate insights to influence positive talent management outcomes
Create effective action plans based on insights in conjunction with business leaders
Understanding the business of Randstad by actively participating in divisional leadership sessions / conferences
Advising on best practice delivery models, organisational structure and growth planning to facilitate outperformance
Coaching managers on developing high performance individuals, teams and culture
Designing and implementing strategies to improve retention and engagement
Plan and execute Randstad annual talent management process to identify talent, successors and development opportunities
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment environment
Tertiary qualification in HR, psychology, business, or related discipline
Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and mentoring others
Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
