Robert Half is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join a local and growing team and help drive talent strategy, employee engagement, and overall organizational success.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding
Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Lead benefits administration, payroll processes, and performance management systems
Advise managers and employees on employee relations, engagement, and organizational culture
Support strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives
Maintain and analyze HR metrics to guide data-driven decision-making
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR management role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, HRIS systems, and employment law
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
