Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join a local and growing team and help drive talent strategy, employee engagement, and overall organizational success.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding
  • Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Lead benefits administration, payroll processes, and performance management systems
  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations, engagement, and organizational culture
  • Support strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Maintain and analyze HR metrics to guide data-driven decision-making
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR management role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, HRIS systems, and employment law
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with Workday is a plus
