Human Resource Generalist

• Manage recruiting and hiring for hourly positions to meet staffing needs effectively
• Conduct and facilitate orientation sessions to ensure new employees are onboarded successfully
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job postings
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to select the best fit for open roles
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws throughout the hiring process
• Provide general HR support and execute other administrative tasks as assigned.

• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a high degree of professionalism in a contract capacity
• Familiarity with orientation processes for hourly employees preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required based on experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HR or recruiting role (preferably in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment).
