We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting HR operations, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollout
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications
Use job portals, social media, and other channels to attract suitable candidates
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Manage employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in HR with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/ATS is an advantage
Nice to have:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
