HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations intake, HRIS updates, compliance, and reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Manage onboarding/offboarding, I‑9/E-Verify, and employee file maintenance
Administer benefits enrollments, status changes, and vendor coordination
Conduct employee relations intake and escalate appropriately
Run reports, track metrics, and support audits and policy rollouts
Requirements:
1+ year in HR coordinator/generalist or HR operations role
Familiarity with HRIS, onboarding, and benefits processes
Discretion with confidential information
strong documentation skills
