Job Responsibility:
Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration
Support talent acquisition efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
Assist with performance management processes, employee development, and training initiatives
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Manage HR documentation, data entry, and personnel file maintenance
Partner with managers and employees to address issues, answer HR-related questions, and resolve workplace concerns
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role preferred
Understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
