Job Responsibility:
Partner with organizational leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals
Serve as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
Support strategic initiatives such as pay equity, benefits customization, and hybrid workforce management
Assist in shaping and reinforcing company culture through effective change management and employee engagement programs
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures
Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment, supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in HR
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role
Wide-ranging knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and current trends in talent management
Strong interpersonal, consultative, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Experience supporting organizational change and driving results in fast-paced environments
