Job Responsibility:
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience
Maintain HR records and employee data in the HRIS, keeping information organized and confidential
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and policies
Coordinate recruitment efforts, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates
Draft HR correspondence, process documentation, support performance management, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, policy updates, or HR systems
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in a human resources, recruiting, or administrative support role
Basic understanding of HR processes, benefits, and employment laws
Experience with an HRIS or strong ability to learn new systems
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize multiple tasks
Adaptable, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous learning
