Job Responsibility

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Maintain HR records and employee data in the HRIS, keeping information organized and confidential
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and policies
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates
  • Draft HR correspondence, process documentation, support performance management, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, policy updates, or HR systems

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a human resources, recruiting, or administrative support role
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, benefits, and employment laws
  • Experience with an HRIS or strong ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous learning
