We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to support organizational and employee initiatives within a manufacturing environment in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This role partners with leaders to strengthen workforce planning, employee relations, and people-focused programs that align with business goals. The position is offered as a Long-term Contract opportunity and is ideal for someone who brings strong judgment, communication skills, and a practical approach to HR partnership.
Job Responsibility
Advise managers and business leaders on employee matters, workforce planning, and people strategies that support operational goals
Coordinate and deliver HR programs related to performance management, employee engagement, and policy interpretation across assigned teams
Analyze workforce data and trends to identify concerns, recommend improvements, and support informed decision-making
Help guide organizational changes by supporting communication plans, manager readiness, and employee transitions
Partner with leadership to address employee relations issues, promote fair practices, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
Contribute to training and development efforts by identifying needs, supporting learning plans, and reinforcing best practices
Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for stakeholders, including senior leadership, using clear and accurate information
Support HR administration activities and process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and service delivery onsite
Requirements
Experience in human resources business partnering, employee relations, or a closely related HR function
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and senior leaders
Knowledge of HR practices, compliance requirements, and planning processes within a business setting
Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and use analytics to support recommendations and planning
Demonstrated skill in change management, problem-solving, and navigating complex workplace situations
Proficiency with standard computer applications and HR-related systems used for reporting and administration
Ability to work onsite in Wayne, Pennsylvania and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
