Job Description

Our organization is looking for a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner to help support our employees and guide our business leaders in Baltimore. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with department heads, provide consultative HR expertise, and champion a positive work culture.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees regarding HR policies, employee relations, and talent strategies
  • Support and execute HR initiatives related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Advise on compliance, compensation, and benefits in accordance with company standards and legal requirements
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommend actionable improvements
  • Partner with managers on succession planning and organizational development
  • Resolve employee concerns in a timely, detail oriented manner
  • Facilitate change management processes and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally in an HRBP or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with HRIS software (BambooHR, PayCom, or ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite
