We’re looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to provide temporary support while a team member is on leave. This role offers the chance to support employees, employee relations, onboarding, and talent initiatives in a large, national transport organisation. You’ll work closely with a friendly, supportive manager in a practical, fast-paced HR environment!
Job Responsibility:
Provide hands-on HR support across the business
Manage employee relations, case management, and HR administrative tasks
Support onboarding and recruitment processes
Assist with workforce planning and talent initiatives
Help with HR policy and procedure administration
Requirements:
Generalist HR experience supporting medium to large teams
Strong experience in ER/IR, investigations, and case management
Confident communicator and trusted business partner
Positive, approachable, and supportive, balancing business needs with employee wellbeing
