Job Responsibility

  • End-to-End HR Operations including on boarding/off boarding, employee records management, and office administration
  • Talent Acquisition from candidate screening and interview coordination to managing local on boarding cycles
  • Policy & Compliance implementing localised company handbooks, SOP's, and employee policies in accordance with Malaysian employment legislation

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
  • Detail-oriented, highly adaptable, and agile
  • Bachelor Degree
