Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits coordination, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is professional, confidential, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Help coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
  • Process employment-related paperwork and data entry in HR systems
  • Assist with preparing reports, letters, and other HR documents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment procedures
  • Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
