Job Responsibility:
Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
Maintain HRIS records and confidential employee files
Support recruitment efforts—posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Prepare reports, letters, and HR documentation
Respond to employee inquiries and route questions to HR leadership
Requirements:
1–3 years of HR or administrative support experience
Knowledge of HR compliance and confidentiality
Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Experience in Workday, ADP, or similar HRIS preferred
