Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Advisor who is passionate about the employee lifecycle, employee relations, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, delivering clear, pragmatic HR advice and support change initiatives within a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide a first-class people centred employee relations service including manager and employee advice and guidance which drives high employee engagement and satisfaction across all of Gardline and associated companies
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives for your area of responsibility within the business
  • Provide support to staff and management for people management, in line with statutory, regulatory and Company policy requirements
  • Review and maintenance of HR policies and procedures on the CMS and ensuring the correct interpretation and consistent application across the business
  • Providing support on HR projects and new initiative development and implementation as and where necessary
  • Support in the preparation of Monthly HR Metrics Pack, annual Gender Pay Gap Report plus any other reporting requirements as required by the team
  • Audit preparation and participation as required
  • Undertake any task not specifically identified but which would be considered reasonable by a post holder and for which training and development has or will be provided

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management
