Working as part of a team in a busy environment assisting the Administration function of Axis’ HR team with all aspects of HR Admin in a timely, effective and efficient manner at all times.
Job Responsibility:
Efficiently dealing with all HR Admin related matters
Accurately recording data in the online database, ensuring it is up to date at all times
Create letters and contracts of employment and send via Docusign
Write and send letters for any HR related topic
Recording and save accurately information in the employees’ files
Updating HR database and ensure is always up to date and much more
Requirements:
Experience of office Administration
Ability to multi-task and strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Passionate about HR
