Working as part of a team in a busy environment assisting the Administration function of Axis’ HR team with all aspects of HR Admin in a timely, effective and efficient manner at all times.

Job Responsibility

  • Efficiently dealing with all HR Admin related matters
  • Accurately recording data in the online database, ensuring it is up to date at all times
  • Create letters and contracts of employment and send via Docusign
  • Write and send letters for any HR related topic
  • Recording and save accurately information in the employees’ files
  • Updating HR database and ensure is always up to date and much more

Requirements

  • Experience of office Administration
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Passionate about HR
