Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR: TOWN OF SMITHFIELD, RI. Full- time, salaried position with excellent benefits. Under direct supervision of the Town Manager, this person is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and managerial duties including but not limited to personnel, public relations, recruitment and retention, employment law, union contracts, risk management, special projects, and activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, public administration, business management or related field from an accredited college or university

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver’s license
