Job Description:

Provides leadership in HR, overseeing programs, processes, and policies to drive business needs. Focuses on recruitment, development, retention, and employee lifecycle management.

Job Responsibility:

Accountable for overall management and day-to-day running of the Human Resource function
collaborates with safety and compliance teams to ensure a safe working environment
listens to associates and collects feedback for maintaining a positive work environment
develops and implements initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
organizes events to foster a positive company culture
provides guidance for professional development and succession planning
makes recommendations regarding HR initiatives and cost-reducing strategies
provides expertise in areas with legal implications, including labor relations
participates in organizational development to align resources with business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
minimum 10 years proven experience in human resource management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
