Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, required
2+ years of hands-on HR experience in a coordinator or generalist capacity, required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Highly organized, proactive, and responsive, with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain timely follow-up
Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and high expectations
