Job Description

Airswift is seeking an experienced Offshore Material Coordinator to support our client during the Hook Up campaign of the Phase 2b Booster Compressor Module. This position plays a critical role in coordinating, managing, and tracking all construction materials and equipment offshore to ensure safe, timely, and efficient execution of the scope.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform all duties in line with company HSE policies, ensuring the safety and welfare of personnel, the protection of assets, and environmental stewardship
  • Promote safe work practices across all material-handling activities offshore
  • Foster a collaborative working environment, aligned with company values and respect for diversity
  • Maintain strong communication and coordination with Onshore Material Coordinators, Procurement & Logistics Lead, Operations M&L and Operations Lead Services Tech, Hook Up Manager and Supervision teams
  • Fully understand Hook-Up planning requirements and scope
  • Ensure the 7 day Look Ahead (LAH) schedule is supported with materials prepared, bagged, and tagged
  • Issue weekly material delivery status reports to key offshore and onshore stakeholders
  • Maintain an accurate offshore inventory database
  • monitor and manage min/max stock levels
  • Oversee stocking and replenishment of PPE, tooling, and consumables throughout the Hook-Up duration
  • Record and track all outbound material movements, ensuring full traceability
  • Organize and manage all shipment logistics, including cargo manifests, delivery schedules, and expediting activities
  • Identify missing or additional materials/tooling required
  • liaise with onshore teams to expedite procurement and delivery
  • Prepare backload manifests and clearly identify redundant materials
  • coordinate disposition with the onshore support team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Offshore Material Coordinator or similar role within offshore construction, hook up, or commissioning campaigns
  • Strong understanding of offshore logistics, inventory control, and materials management systems
  • Ability to work in a fast paced offshore environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong commitment to HSE and collaborative working practices

  • Provides basic, quality patient focused care in clinical setting under daily direction and supervision of Registered Nurse (RN) in accordance with the standards of practice within guidelines of corresponding state regulations.
  • Assists RN with daily care of patients including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders and ambulation which may include use of therapeutic assistive devices, proper positioning, range of motion and special transferring as indicated.
  • Measures and documents blood pressures, TPRs (Temperature, Pulse, Respiration), I & O (Intake and Output), daily weights, and other patient data as requested. Documents accurately in Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Performs purposeful rounding under direction of RN and promptly communicates observations, concerns, and needs of patient/family to RN. Documents appropriately.
  • Participates in admission, transfer and discharge process under supervision of RN including room set up, orientation to room, removing linen, and proper management of patient belongings. Ensures patient call light is always in reach of patient and answers call-lights promptly.
  • Collects urine, stool, and sputum specimens and performs point-of-care testing as indicated using approved process for accurate specimen labeling and identification. Maintains competency as required.
  • Completes various errands as directed including pick-up and delivery of trays, charts, specimens, and reports. Maintains and orders stock for nursing area. Cleans equipment and work areas.
  • Performs various patient positioning and transporting duties which require lifting and pushing/pulling while utilizing proper technique and assistive devices. Performs tasks related to nutritional needs of patient under direction of RN to include diet review, tray set up/removal, proper positioning and diet selection.
  • Performs tasks related to maintaining skin integrity to include proper repositioning and skin care. Ensures special patient supplies and appliances are provided and maintained such as TED hose and sequential compression devices.
  • Under the direction of RN and as determined by site/unit requirements, may be required to remove IVs, provide post mortem care, and bladder scans.
