Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hubspot Manager & Email Marketing Specialist to lead our customer relationship management tooling and email marketing initiatives. This role requires strong experience in B2B services and will be instrumental in driving client engagement, nurturing leads, and supporting business development through effective CRM strategies and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing CRM systems, designing and executing email marketing campaigns, and collaborating with sales and account management teams to optimize client outreach and retention.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the administration and optimization of the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and project teams to ensure the CRM supports their workflows and reporting needs
  • Segment and manage customer and prospect databases to enable targeted, personalized campaigns
  • Develop and maintain customer journeys, workflows, and automation within the CRM to streamline processes and improve client engagement
  • Regularly audit and clean the CRM database to maintain data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Design, implement, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, lead nurturing sequences, drip campaigns, and re-engagement strategies
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to continuously improve email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
  • Create and curate content for email campaigns that align with business objectives and client needs, working closely with content and design teams
  • Analyze campaign performance using email marketing metrics and CRM reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns
  • Ensure all email communications comply with legal requirements and industry best practices
  • Work closely with the sales and account management teams to support lead generation and qualification efforts
  • Liaise with the marketing team to align CRM and email marketing efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business goals
  • Work closely with the Director of marketing to: Coordinate, and submit client projects for annual awards
  • Meeting deadlines for speaking engagements, field, virtual events
  • and Coordination of bi-annual NPS email campaign
  • Monitor key CRM and email marketing metrics and generate regular reports on the performance of campaigns, workflows, and overall customer engagement
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving customer journeys, lead nurturing processes, and sales conversion rates with monthly campaign retrospectives
  • Stay updated on email marketing trends, CRM developments, and B2B marketing best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM management and email marketing, preferably within a B2B service agency
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, sales cycles, and client engagement tactics
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage CRM systems and optimize workflows and sequences for sales and marketing efficiency
  • Expertise in email marketing, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and A/B testing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and email marketing best practices
