Job Description:

Our client is seeking a HubSpot Implementation Specialist to support and lead a variety of client engagements. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and optimizing HubSpot solutions across various business functions. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, scalable CRM solutions. Engagements range from full implementations to enhancements of existing systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HubSpot strategy
  • Support a mix of engagements with varying timelines and complexity
  • Translate business objectives into scalable, maintainable HubSpot solutions
  • Deliver clear documentation, walkthroughs, and enablement materials (e.g., Loom videos)
  • Lead and support HubSpot implementations, migrations, and system enhancements
  • Design and optimize CRM architecture across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations
  • Build workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and scoring models
  • Configure pipelines, properties, permissions, and data structures
  • Support integrations and data synchronization with external systems (e.g., Salesforce, APIs, Zapier)

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Proven expertise across multiple areas of HubSpot, including implementation, automation, and optimization
  • Strong ability to work with diverse clients, industries, and business challenges
  • Proficiency in connecting technical execution to broader business objectives
  • Experience with client-side scripting, API development, and configuration management
  • Skilled in creating Business Requirement Documents and translating them into actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions

  • Experience working at a HubSpot Solutions Partner, consulting firm, or agency
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub)
  • Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously
