Job Description

New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America. As a member of our Marketing team, you’ll support both our Corporate Support Office and our home builder partners—helping them sell more homes, more profitably. As our Agency team continues to scale HubSpot implementations and CRM strategy for home builder partners nationwide, New Home Star is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to optimize revenue operations for our clients and drive scalable growth across marketing, sales, and customer success. This role requires hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales process optimization. You will be responsible for aligning systems and processes across the revenue funnel, ensuring data integrity, improving conversion rates, and enabling go-to-market teams with actionable insights.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the administration and continuous improvement of HubSpot CRM. Ensure accurate data hygiene, efficient contact segmentation, lead routing, pipeline management, and lifecycle stage optimization.
  • Design, implement, and manage automated workflows and campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub. Partner with marketing to build lead nurturing programs that drive engagement, MQL conversion, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine sales processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and streamline deal flow through automation and best practices.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align goals, share insights, and optimize the customer journey from acquisition to referral.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the revenue funnel. Provide regular insights to leadership to inform strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee integrations between HubSpot and other tools. Evaluate and implement new technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Document systems, workflows, and best practices. Provide training and support to team members to ensure high adoption and consistent use of tools.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work traditional business hours operating in Central Time.
  • 2 years of proven experience managing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Experience at a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnel metrics and workflows.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to align operations and achieve revenue goals.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Background checks required.
