Job Description

Results-driven HubSpot CRM Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing HubSpot environments for multi-brand and multi-company organizations. Expertise in CRM architecture, workflow automation, reporting, API integrations, and AI-powered business process automation. Proven ability to build scalable HubSpot solutions, streamline operations across multiple systems, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders through strong communication and client-facing engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and manage complex HubSpot multi-brand and multi-company account architectures
  • Configure and optimize CRM structures, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom properties, and data governance frameworks
  • Develop and maintain workflow automations to improve operational efficiency and customer lifecycle management
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics frameworks to support business performance tracking and decision-making
  • Integrate third-party platforms with HubSpot through APIs and centralized integration layers
  • Implement AI-driven automation solutions and intelligent agents to enhance CRM processes and user productivity
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability across multiple business units and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM processes with sales, marketing, operations, and customer success objectives
  • Support and optimize integrations with communication platforms such as CloudTalk and similar power dialer solutions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years hands-on HubSpot experience (not just certified — real delivery experience)
  • HubSpot multi-brand / multi-company setup — this is non-negotiable
  • client's entire architecture depends on it
  • CRM architecture: pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, data structure
  • Workflow automation and reporting
  • API integrations (third-party systems into HubSpot via central API layer)
  • AI integration experience — agents or automation tools working alongside HubSpot
  • Strong English communication — client does daily video calls and is very hands-on

Nice to have

  • Experience with CloudTalk or similar power dialer integrations
  • HubSpot certifications (not required but a plus)
  • Experience with multi-system environments (design tools, order management, field ops)
