HubSpot Developer & Workflow Administrator. DeWolff, Boberg & Associates is a cross-industry management consulting firm that specializes in cultural and behavior change management. Most of our clients are Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, distribution, transportation and engineering. We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Developer & Workflow Administrator to support administrative operations, CRM management, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong HubSpot experience, proven clerical administrative skills, and the ability to generate reports and conduct research to support business operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can maintain data accuracy, support internal teams, and assist with operational projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage, maintain, and update records within HubSpot CRM
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute reports from HubSpot and internal databases
  • Conduct research to support business initiatives and operational projects
  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, document management, filing, and correspondence
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Provide administrative support to internal departments as needed
  • Assist with process improvement related to data tracking and reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of clerical or administrative support experience
  • Demonstrated experience running reports and performing business research
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, or operations teams
  • Advanced reporting or data analysis experience
