HubSpot CRM Manager

• Own and evolve the HubSpot CRM strategy to align with business objectives
• Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot across departments and systems
• Configure and maintain HubSpot modules (Sales, Marketing, Service)
• Implement automation workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation strategies
• Manage third-party integrations and troubleshoot system issues
• Maintain data integrity and hygiene across the CRM
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance
• Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM analytics
• Deliver training and onboarding for new users
• Act as the go-to expert for HubSpot queries and best practices
• Create documentation and guides to support user adoption
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimise processes
• Support campaign execution and lead management strategies

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, marketing automation, and sales enablement
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools within HubSpot
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Sales Hub) are a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
