  • Own HubSpot optimization, including data architecture, governance, and reporting accuracy
  • Integrate HubSpot with other business systems, including Salesforce during transition
  • Translate business and sales requirements into scalable and maintainable CRM solutions
  • Drive HubSpot adoption by ensuring usability and alignment with sales team workflows
  • Serve as the HubSpot subject‑matter expert and advocate for best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong, hands‑on experience implementing and optimizing HubSpot CRM
  • Proven ability to design automation, pipelines, workflows, and reporting in HubSpot
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, and CRM data models
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with enterprise systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
