Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Consultant to lead the post‑implementation buildout and optimization of HubSpot. The platform is newly implemented and currently a blank canvas. This consultant will work closely with business leadership—particularly the VP of Sales—to design, configure, and optimize HubSpot for maximum effectiveness and company‑wide adoption. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with ownership over CRM design, data structure, automations, and reporting aligned to revenue and sales operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and configure HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, and sales pipelines
  • Build and manage lead routing, lifecycle stages, and qualification logic
  • Partner closely with the VP of Sales to align CRM functionality with sales strategy and execution
  • Create dashboards and reporting for executive and leadership stakeholders
  • Own HubSpot optimization, including data architecture, governance, and reporting accuracy
  • Integrate HubSpot with other business systems, including Salesforce during transition
  • Translate business and sales requirements into scalable and maintainable CRM solutions
  • Drive HubSpot adoption by ensuring usability and alignment with sales team workflows
  • Serve as the HubSpot subject‑matter expert and advocate for best practices

Requirements

  • Strong, hands‑on experience implementing and optimizing HubSpot CRM
  • Proven ability to design automation, pipelines, workflows, and reporting in HubSpot
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, and CRM data models
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with enterprise systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
