Robert Half is partnering with a client to hire a HubSpot Consultant to join their growing agency. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to guide clients through the design, implementation, and optimization of HubSpot systems. You will play a key role in aligning technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing system performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee HubSpot implementations, migrations, and system upgrades to meet client objectives
  • Design and refine operational systems across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs
  • Develop workflows, automation processes, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and scoring mechanisms
  • Create and manage pipelines, properties, permissions, and data structures to optimize system functionality
  • Facilitate integrations and data synchronization with tools such as Salesforce, APIs, Zapier, and other platforms
  • Enhance data quality, reporting, and system usability to support leadership and revenue teams
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights for client organizations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on HubSpot and revenue operations
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Deliver comprehensive documentation and training materials to support ongoing client success

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot or revenue operations
  • Proven expertise in multiple areas of HubSpot, including implementation and system enhancements
  • Ability to work with diverse clients across industries and adapt to varying project needs
  • Strong skills in connecting business objectives to technical solutions in a practical manner
  • Demonstrated ownership of projects and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with tools such as Lucidchart, Asana, Zapier, Loom, and Google Workspace

Nice to have

  • HubSpot certifications in Marketing, Sales, Service, or Operations Hub are highly desirable
  • Experience working with multiple clients or managing concurrent projects is a plus
