We're looking for dynamic people partner at the heart of our Melbourne Studio. Are you a trusted people advisor who thrives in fast‑moving, creative environments? Wētā FX is looking for an experienced Hub Talent & Culture Manager to support our Melbourne studio, partnering closely with the Head of Studio, production, and leaders to enable a high‑performing, compliant, and engaged crew experience that supports effective delivery. This is a senior, hands on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, coaching leaders, managing employment risk, and bringing people practices to life locally. You will balance strategic intent with practical execution, contributing people insight into workforce planning, crewing, utilisation, and change in support of production and operational effectiveness. You’ll help ensure leaders can deliver complex, creative work with the right people, in the right place, at the right time, within legal and cultural frameworks – without owning delivery accountability.
