The Hub Practitioner (Entry Level) will work to establish and strengthen linkages and protocols with government and non-government agencies. You will work within The Orange Door network as part of a multi-disciplinary team of practitioners to maintain an effective and responsive service. The role will provide high quality, safe and effective responses to women, children and families seeking support and safety from family violence.

Requirements
A genuine interest in supporting individuals and families experiencing family violence, with a commitment to trauma-informed and client-centred practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and external services
Ability to learn and apply risk assessment, safety planning and case management practices within a supportive team environment
A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary setting and respond to changing priorities
Good organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to maintain accurate records, manage tasks and contribute to quality service delivery

Minimum of Bachelor in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Family Therapy or substantial experience in a related field
