As a Huawei Access 2nd Line Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, investigating, and solving BSC/RNC, LTE & 5G sites problems, including KPIs operational and design issues, with a focus on achieving low MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).
Job Responsibility:
Implement bulk parameter modification in 2G/3G/4G/5G Technologies to optimize network Performance
Adapt parameter changes to RAN nodes in 2G/3G/4G/5G networks to provide maximum coverage in the special events areas
Performing Integration/Expansion actions for 2G/3G/4G/5G sites through HAWEI CME using summary files
Perform Re-parenting of BTS/ NodeB within & between BSC/RNC through HUAWEI CME
Upgrade software of RAN Nodes in 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies through Huawei EMS (M2000 & U2020)
Troubleshoot complex radio networks and solve critical incidents Independently or after escalation to Huawei TAC
Support IP Clock server to achieve synchronization in all IP scheme networks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network operations, engineering, and project management, to implement solutions and improvements
Document troubleshooting procedures, configurations, and best practices to maintain knowledge base and support continuous improvement
Participate in on-call rotation schedule to provide 24/7 support for network emergencies and escalations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Huawei access equipment
Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues using diagnostic tools and methodologies
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
