Job Description

Operating as a HSSE Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all personnel, in line with HSSE standards, statutory requirements and client specifications. This role is based on site on the Darwin Ship Lift Facility project in the Northern Territory. FIFO or local arrangements may apply.

Job Responsibility

  • Implement and maintain HSSE systems, procedures and compliance requirements
  • Monitor HSSE performance, reporting, incidents and corrective actions
  • Deliver inductions, training, toolbox talks and site safety communications
  • Lead incident investigations, injury management and return-to-work programs
  • Conduct audits, inspections and liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders

  • Relevant HS qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Driver's licence
  • Demonstrated competency in reporting and data analysis

  • Support the EMEA HSSE Lead on their deliverables for the BU focusing on the management and reduction of operational risks across the accounts
