Job Description:

As a HSQE Administrator for XEIAD, part of British Engineering Services Group, you will provide vital administrative support within our HSQE team ensuring both internal and external compliance requirements are met. This role is primarily focused on HSQE administration across our Infrastructure division, with some additional responsibilities supporting office and facilities administration at our XEIAD Ilkeston office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain HSQE systems, dashboards and records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance reporting readiness
  • Coordinate HSQE activities including meetings, audits, inductions, incident administration and communications
  • Support HSQE documentation, ESG data collection and statutory compliance requirements
  • Provide administrative support for HSQE reporting, record keeping and day-to-day team activities
  • Support office and facilities administration, ensuring offices are safe, compliant and well maintained
  • Coordinate contractors, inspections and general office administration including supplies, visitors and purchase orders

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
