Our Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) team plays a vital role in ensuring that we operate responsibly, safely and in line with legal and environmental expectations. We’re now looking for an HSQE Administrator to help us maintain the high standards that phs is known for, ensuring our colleagues and customers remain safe, protected and supported every day.

Job Responsibility

  • Reviewing incident submissions, compiling group-wide incident statistics and preparing reports for senior leadership decision-making
  • Maintaining the HSQE master action register, tracking progress and ensuring actions are completed on time by Regional and Site Managers
  • Supporting internal audit processes by collecting responses and updating action plans
  • Managing administration for Safe Contractor, CHAS and other accreditation schemes relevant to phs Group
  • Recording enforcement actions across our divisions and escalating them appropriately
  • Supporting the implementation of our new HSQE management system, including document control and integrated management system compliance
  • Keeping phs Group’s Waste Management Licences, Environmental Permits and Exemptions fully up to date
  • Coordinating tender documentation and information requests on behalf of the HSQE department
  • Producing accurate minutes for management and team meetings
  • Monitoring supplier performance and processing relevant purchasing administration
  • Managing and triaging the HSQE shared inbox
  • Completing quarterly Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing records
