HSEQ CO-ORDINATOR - NAIRN, UK

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with staff across the business to ensure the effective implementation of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) management systems in accordance with ISO standards 45001, 14001, and 9001
  • Manage and oversee a comprehensive programme of process monitoring and inspections, both in the office and on-site
  • Engage and promote a high level of awareness and participation in HSEQ matters among all team members
  • Work closely with the wider management team to ensure operational safety and regulatory compliance
  • Administer issue and incident reporting processes, coordinating timely responses and follow-up actions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in implementing and managing HSEQ procedures within a workplace environment
  • Recognised certification in Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is highly desirable
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, with a confident and collaborative working style
  • Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Experience working in construction or related industries is advantageous
  • Access to a company vehicle for commuting and business purposes upon successful completion of probation
