Collaborate with staff across the business to ensure the effective implementation of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) management systems in accordance with ISO standards 45001, 14001, and 9001
Manage and oversee a comprehensive programme of process monitoring and inspections, both in the office and on-site
Engage and promote a high level of awareness and participation in HSEQ matters among all team members
Work closely with the wider management team to ensure operational safety and regulatory compliance
Administer issue and incident reporting processes, coordinating timely responses and follow-up actions
Requirements:
Previous experience in implementing and managing HSEQ procedures within a workplace environment
Recognised certification in Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is highly desirable
Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Effective communication skills, with a confident and collaborative working style
Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
Experience working in construction or related industries is advantageous
Access to a company vehicle for commuting and business purposes upon successful completion of probation
