The successful candidate will join a utilities and civil engineering provider who specialise in the power and telecoms sector. The company provides full turnkey solutions, varying from infrastructure designs through to project management across the UK on various multi-utility sites. You will aid in the management of Health and Safety, as well as quality and environmental factors through the delivery of professional advice and solutions, whilst keeping in mind the company’s policies and legislations. This is an office based role in Belfast with many projects within the power and telecoms industry, in which you will be responsible for verifying that the company complies with health and safety measures, ensuring best practice.
Job Responsibility:
To assist in the planning of health and safety, environmental factors and ensure work is completed within these standards
Ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are followed accordingly and make sure clients are doing the same
Prepare pre-qualification questionnaires and documentation
Submit monthly KPIs on time and within deadline
Coordinate with the HSEQ department in all matters related to health and safety, maintaining a strong relationship with the HSEQ Manager by reporting all issues and concerns
Conduct disciplinary measures when staff fail to comply to health and safety standards
