Our client is recruiting for a HSEQ & Compliance Systems Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance systems. This role focuses on coordinating training and competency records, maintaining compliance systems and supporting audits and operational processes. You will also support the administration of the training centre and operational training activities. Working closely with the HSEQ Manager, you will play a key role in helping the business maintain compliance and operate safely and effectively. This role would suit a highly organised administrator who enjoys working with structured systems, managing records and taking ownership of important compliance processes.
Job Responsibility:
Organise and coordinate training courses
Maintain accurate training, attendance and competency records
Manage training centre scheduling, room bookings and associated administration
Prepare induction packs and onboarding compliance documentation
Support admin for COSHH assessments
Maintain inspection schedules, support ISO audit preparation
Manage contractor compliance documentation
Requirements:
Strong admin and organisational skills
High attention to detail
Excellent IT skills with confidence in using MS 365 (sharepoint desirable)
Strong digital document control and filing skills
Experience managing records, trackers or data sets with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency and quality control to ensure reliable information
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and manage admin systems
Nice to have:
Experience in manufacturing, construction or compliance based environments advantageous
