Job Description

HSE Trainer Assessor for a site team working on a billion dollar gold expansion project.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver onsite training and induction sessions
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs, through job analysis, in consultation with line managers
  • Assist in coordinating external trainers and assessors’
  • Maintain accurate records of training progress and assessment outcomes
  • Provide accurate and timely training compliance reports, information, and support as required
  • Support the implementation of approved training and development initiatives
  • Support Training and assessment activities as required

Requirements

  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position, within the construction or resources industries
  • Ability to demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record in managing training compliance in a medium to large organisations
  • Proficient with modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook
  • Experience developing and managing training needs analysis
