Job Description

The EHS Supervisor is responsible for organizing and administrating the HSE function within a designated area of the project. The role has overall responsibility for HSE documentation, statistics, and coordination to ensure compliance and effective implementation of environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Organize and administer HSE activities within the assigned project area
  • Monitor the Quentic system and ensure that issues are followed up and closed on time
  • Document meetings held within the HSE team
  • Receive, review, and approve RAMS together with the HSE Manager and BAS-U
  • Maintain records of: Chemicals
  • Machinery and equipment
  • Training and certifications
  • Permits (including contractors)
  • Monitor and follow up the Permit to Work process
  • Lead daily coordination meetings and record and share outcomes with the project team

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety management
  • Experience from construction, infrastructure, or heavy industry
  • Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations, standards, and guidelines
  • Experience using digital systems and tools for safety management, reporting, and follow-up
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Swedish is an advantage
