Job Responsibility

  • Develop, document, and maintain company-wide HSE policies, procedures, and standards aligned with SMK3/K3, ISO 45001 (Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and client requirements
  • Partner with management to integrate HSE into project planning, risk assessment, contracting, and operational decision-making frameworks
  • Translate risk profiles into formal risk management systems
  • Lead coordinated compliance monitoring (internal and external audits, regulatory reporting)
  • Ensure readiness for government HSE inspections and client audits
  • Perform risk assessments, HIRA/HAZID/HAZOP sessions with operations & project teams
  • Sustain incident & near-miss investigation frameworks and corrective action tracking
  • Design HSE training curriculums for operational teams: supervisors, technicians, and project managers
  • Deliver and oversee trainings on SMK3, PPE use, emergency response, hazard recognition, and environmental controls
  • Support project managers and operations leaders in HSE planning, tool-box talks, site onboarding, and client HSE interfacing
  • Monitor field implementation, feedback loops, and standardization of best practices across accounts
  • Drive HSE culture initiatives: safety campaigns, reward & recognition, top-down engagement programs
  • Liaise with workers, supervisors, and clients to ensure a culture of shared accountability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering / HSE / Facility Management
  • 5-8 years experience in HSE
  • Ahli K3 UMUM(AK3U)
  • Exposure to mining, smelter, or heavy manufacturing client

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Facility Managements
  • ISO 45001 / 14001 system integration experience
  • ISO 45001 lead auditor or practitioner(strongly preferred)
