Develop, document, and maintain company-wide HSE policies, procedures, and standards aligned with SMK3/K3, ISO 45001 (Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and client requirements
Partner with management to integrate HSE into project planning, risk assessment, contracting, and operational decision-making frameworks
Translate risk profiles into formal risk management systems
Lead coordinated compliance monitoring (internal and external audits, regulatory reporting)
Ensure readiness for government HSE inspections and client audits
Perform risk assessments, HIRA/HAZID/HAZOP sessions with operations & project teams
Sustain incident & near-miss investigation frameworks and corrective action tracking
Design HSE training curriculums for operational teams: supervisors, technicians, and project managers
Deliver and oversee trainings on SMK3, PPE use, emergency response, hazard recognition, and environmental controls
Support project managers and operations leaders in HSE planning, tool-box talks, site onboarding, and client HSE interfacing
Monitor field implementation, feedback loops, and standardization of best practices across accounts
