We are looking for teammate to work as "Production Planning Engineer" in the production planning department of our company.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct regular on-site occupational safety inspections and prepare reports
  • Perform regular risk assessments and monitor follow-ups
  • Identify OSH and environmental requirements before the installation of new equipment and processes, and check compliance after installation
  • Plan and implement legally required and OSH culture-enhancing trainings
  • Determine and follow up on necessary measures to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases
  • Investigate causes of occupational accidents and occupational diseases and provide recommendations to the employer to prevent recurrence, ensuring follow-up on implementation
  • Fulfill all requirements related to ISO 45001
  • Participate in customer audits for OSH and environmental compliance and ensure requirements are met
  • Monitor compliance with legal regulations and other customer-mandated requirements and implement internal procedures
  • Coordinate environmental management activities with the Environmental Consultant or Environmental Officer in accordance with regulations
  • Identify factory waste streams, create and implement a waste management plan
  • Implement activities to reduce process waste
  • Organize hazardous waste shipments and ensure they are carried out in compliance with regulations via the MOTAT system
  • Organize non-hazardous waste shipments, manage zero waste activities, and collect zero waste data
  • Collect data for packaging waste producer declarations and report in coordination with the Environmental Consultant or Environmental Officer
  • Support the facility in obtaining, updating, or renewing necessary environmental permits, licenses, and documents together with the Environmental Consultant or Environmental Officer
  • Coordinate activities with the TMGD consultancy company used by the company and report to management
  • Take timely actions in case of non-compliance and ensure systems are secured to prevent recurrence

Requirements

  • At least a Class B Occupational Safety Specialist certificate
  • University degree from related departments
  • Upper Intermediate level of English
  • Familiarity with IBYS programs (preferably Meditek)
  • ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 internal auditor certificates, capable of fulfilling standard requirements
  • Knowledge of environmental legal obligations
  • Preferably experience in the automotive or chemical sectors and process knowledge
  • Experience in TMGD (Dangerous Goods Safety Consultancy) is a plus
