Job Description:

We are currently looking for a HSE Site Supervisor to join our M Renewables Division in the UK. This exciting role, operating at sites all across the UK, will be instrumental in creating a culture of safety, and delivering projects on time without incident.

Job Responsibility:

  • Extracting and implementing HSE requirements from Pre-Construction Information, ensuring compliance
  • Reviewing project drawings and Construction Phase Plan to address foreseeable health and safety issues
  • Preparing and maintaining up-to-date H&S files, including METKA–EGN Risk and Environmental Assessments
  • Establishing emergency plans, traffic management, and ensure fire regulation compliance
  • Leading HSE initiatives, manage subcontractor H&S, coordinate emergency procedures
  • Conducting accident investigations and produce detailed reports with findings and recommendations
  • Monitoring and managing fuel, waste, and water levels on site, taking necessary actions as required

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, or industry recognized equivalent
  • In-date First aider ticket (FAW)
  • ISO14001 and ISO45001 auditor (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years as HSE professional in a construction (CDM), electrical, or related technical environment
  • Experience in Solar / renewables sector (preferred)
  • Driving License
  • Self-motivation and team player skills
  • Strong leadership and team management ability
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, critical thinking with problem solving skills

Nice to have:

  • ISO14001 and ISO45001 auditor
  • Experience in Solar / renewables sector
