Job Description

HSE Site Supervisor to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN for different sites. Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of HSE Plans and propose improvement actions. Supervise activities and check documentation on site of contractor e/o subcontractor.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of HSE Plans and propose improvement actions
  • Supervise activities and check documentation on site of contractor e/o subcontractor
  • Review, analyze and prepare, if requested, Safety Plans for the construction site
  • Review when required, project drawings and POS to identify any foreseeable health and safety (H&S) problems for construction
  • Ensure the required HSE information is displayed in the site office and site is fully compliant with all HSE documentation
  • Prepare the site's H&S files in accordance with PSC, POS, and legal requirements
  • Establish key information required for the emergency plans
  • Prepare the site's emergency plan
  • Control of subcontractors H&S through briefings and discussion

Requirements

  • HSE construction experience (minimum 3-5 years of experience)
  • Experience in energy projects is considered an advantage
  • University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering is a plus
  • Knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation
  • Fluent English and fluent Italian

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction field and completed with a field/construction safety or environment specialty
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry with similar large-scale onshore Greenfield and brownfield projects with a very good knowledge of TotalEnergies General Specifications, rules, procedures and International Codes and Standards
