Vestas’ Internal Prevention Service is composed of a team of highly experienced, multidisciplinary HSE professionals with a firm commitment to Safety. The team is deployed across the national territory, supporting the organization in all regions where the company operates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promote a robust Safety culture across the organization and ensure the integration of HSE principles in all activities
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Recommend corrective and preventive measures to control and reduce identified risks
  • Deliver Safety information and training to employees
  • Monitor compliance with the risk control programe and personally carry out workplace inspections, including audits of work performed on wind turbines
  • Support the planning of preventive activities and coordinate emergency response and first‑aid actions when required
  • Collaborate, when applicable, with external prevention services
  • Participate as a member of the local Safety & Health Committee

Requirements:

  • Certified Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (minimum of two technical specialties
  • three will be valuable)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HSE Technician, within the wind or renewable energy sector or other
  • Valid driving license
  • Familiarity with working at heights — GWO BST Trainer certification will be valuable
  • Motivated, organized, open‑minded, and collaborative professional who is effective at managing their own workload and shows a high level of commitment to Safety
  • Professional level of English
