Your Opportunity The main purpose of this role is to provide support across the Health, Safety and Environment function including HSE systems, governance processes, documentation control and business support activities while assisting the business to meet compliance requirements. Location: Osborne Park, moving to the CBD in Q3/Q4
Job Responsibility
Coordinate the management of HSE controlled documents ensuring records are accurately maintained, appropriately categorised and readily accessible
Monitor scheduled review cycles, identifying documents requiring amendment due to legislative, business or process changes and initiating and following up review workflows through to completion
Provide day-to-day administrative support across HSET systems including user access management, record updates and workflow monitoring
Coordinate the preparation, review, approval and distribution of HSE safety alerts and related communications
Provide support for internal and external audit activities
Coordinate the preparation, maintenance and periodic review of emergency response plans, registers and associated documentation
Support the coordination and implementation of HSE training programs, maintaining accurate records of participation and certification
Contribute to the effective administration and continuous improvement of the HSE function
Requirements
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Strong administrative, organisational and time management capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate tasks and follow up with internal stakeholders to achieve timely outcomes
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality and high standards of work
