We’re looking for a specialist HSE Manager to lead and support catering and environmental health & safety at Manchester United. As Health, Safety, and Environment Manager you will play an integral role in ensuring exceptional experiences for the 75,000 fans that visit world-renowned stadium Old Trafford. Health and Safety experts with a background in large-scale food and beverage and entertainment environments will thrive in this fast-paced and influential role.
Job Responsibility:
Own the management of health, safety and environment practices across at Old Trafford Stadium
Provide competent advice, guidance and support to operational teams to empower and enable them to deliver HSE responsibilities
Undertake reactive and proactive monitoring of HSE including incident investigation, audits, inspections and analysis of performance data
Support with onsite training and induction and facilitate the implementation of effective HSE standards
Assist in the periodic programme of monitoring and auditing of compliance with relevant Compass Policies and Procedures
