About the job: System Implementation and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific HSE Management System, ensuring strict compliance with local statutory regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001) for safety and environmental protection. Contractor HSE Assurance: Review, critique, and endorse the contractor's HSE plans, risk assessments, method statements, and emergency plans to ensure they meet the client's high safety thresholds. Risk Management & Site Control: Lead site-wide risk management, conduct frequent, formal HSE audits and site inspections, and actively track the implementation of corrective actions across all construction activities. Incident Management & Investigation: Manage all aspects of incident reporting, lead thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for accidents and near-misses, and ensure lessons learned are implemented project-wide. Training and Safety Culture: Oversee and coordinate project-specific HSE training and inductions for all personnel, actively promoting a robust and proactive safety culture on the high-tech site. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track safety metrics (e.g., TRIR), and prepare accurate, regular HSE performance reports for the Project Leadership Team and the Client.

Requirements:
Possess a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or relevant
Minimum 8-10 years of working experience within the construction industry
Must possess a Green Book certificate
