Hse Engineer

• Conduct comprehensive safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions
• Ensure all personnel are trained on safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as required
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles
• Proven knowledge of HSE principles, safety inspections, and safety officer duties
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

NEBOSH certification is highly desirable
