Job Responsibility

Lead the Prevention and Protection Service (SPP) to ensure legal compliance to the Italian Decree 81/08 (the candidate will be appointed as RSPP)
Conduct job exposure analysis to ensure safe work environments according to HSE standards and local legal requirements
Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate HSE procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in legislation and Group standards
Develop, implement, and administer safety and health programs
Maintain the health and safety management system according to ISO 45001 standard and the environmental management system according to ISO 14001 standard
Develop and maintain the site Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001:2015 standard and to ISO IEC 17025:2017 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”
Ensure effective incident management including incident investigations, root cause identification, prevention plans setting, follow up and reporting
Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and annual inspections and perform self-assessment and internal audits to comply with local regulations
Design safety training programs for employees, ensure response to all specific requirements and maintain knowledge of all company safety programs, draft all materials for training programs within required timeframe
Oversee waste management system, waste reduction monitoring and ensure regulatory agency compliance, labeling, containments, proper disposal and documentation
